Cancellation policy

• 24 or more hours before your window: full refund of everything you paid.
• Inside 24 hours: a flat $35.00 cancellation fee is kept and everything else is refunded.
• On site: the same flat $35.00 applies if you cancel once we have arrived — whether you call off the whole job or only the interior portion.
• Once the window has started, cancellation is a phone call — 864-619-4911.
