Paid already and need a different time? Enter your booking reference and pick another open 4-hour window. You can do this yourself up to 24 hours before your appointment starts — inside that, call 864-619-4911 and we will move it for you.

Need to cancel instead? Cancel 24 or more hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours we keep a flat $35.00 cancellation fee and refund everything else.
